Studio available in famous Paradise Lakes Resort. Also, within minutes' drive to Caliente and Lake Como. You also have the options of Tampa area beaches and its located close to the Tampa Airport. You will love your stay in Paradise. The Condo rental fees do not include resort fees. Resort information can be obtained online at their website. They have many special weekends you can buy a membership to attend. They have also put in brand new pickleball courts you can use with the club membership.

Great Stay, wish we had more time!

Great apartment. Due to our schedule we didn’t get to fully enjoy the amenities at Paradise Lakes, but we are planing a future visit. Check in was accommodating and simple. The owner was very flexible and kind enough to work with our schedule. Looking forward to our future stay here!

Clean, Quiet and Comfy

We had a fun and fantastic weekend here. The condo is super clean, quiet, and very comfortable. There is a nice screened-in porch overlooking a pond and fountains to relax in when the afternoon storms come. We had everything we needed (though I would recommend adding a hair dryer). Communication and check-in were excellent as well. It is a two-minute stroll to all the fun at the resort and pool. Of course, you also get to spend time in the friendliest and sexiest neighborhood in the land!

Fun stay

Overall, we had a good stay. Overall, the condo was nice but it’s starting to show its age a little bit. everything was functional. The bed felt either a little worn or way on the soft side. One hinge came apart in the kitchen during our stay.. But we fix that ourselves
