Great location, beautiful home, clean and well maintained with all the conveniences of home and more. The kids loved the pool. Best vacation ever!!! We will definitely visit this property again.

Excellent stay!! Excellent hosts!

Very friendly and very efficient. Quick with any questions we had. We definitely would recommend this home and owners to everyone. They are fair on prices and provided us a beautiful home for our daughters sweet 16 celebration week! Definitely be back!!

Char & Harry's winter retreat

We are just ending our 6th year escaping the Canadian winter at the Royal Palms house. Deb and Kevin's lovely home has provided us with another 2 months of Florida sunshine and contentment. Since we've been coming here there have been upgrades to the exterior and interior of the house and Deb is always looking for ways to improve visitors' experience in their home. We know you will enjoy your stay at Royal Palms (once we leave of course!).

Highly recommend renting this property for vacation in Central Florida!

My family rented this clean, comfortable and centrally located property for our annual vacation. The home itself was equipped with everything needed to feel at home while away from home. The service provided by the owners...before...during and after our stay was exceptional. Deb and Kevin went over and above to make sure that our stay was enjoyable, from assistance with locating excursions to recommending fun and unique things to do while we were away. Being from Canada, we wanted to enjoy everything that Central Florida has to offer (outside of the theme parks) and Deb and Kevin helped make that happen. I highly recommend renting from these owners and will definitely be calling on them again when we return!

florida home away from home

Rental was exactly as described. had all the ammenities you could think of and then some more. i had loads of fun and so did all the children. Shopping was close by and deliveries had no problems finding the rental. Only negative was phone/internet outage which was promptly rectified as soon as the owners were informed, Rental was very clean and had more than enough linen, the only thing we had to provide was food. i will definitely go back next year and recommend rental to friends.

Great value for the money

This house was perfect for our needs. Being so close to Orlando, it allowed us to enjoy all that Disney has to offer without paying high pricies. House is very large, kitchen and dining are are very open, very nice pool area. I would recommend paying extra for pool heat since pool is not in direct sunlight. Owners were extremely nice and accommodating, helping us with an internet issue. 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great for this family of 5. Furniture and carpet need updating, but we were comfortable and very happy we stayed here. Thanks Deb!

Beyond our expectatioins

This home is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and bright. Everything was immaculate. We felt at home here the minute we walked in the door. The oversized pool and lanai were amazing. The location of this home couldn't be better. Excellent restaurants just down the road. The owners are wonderful to work with. I would highly recomment this home to anyone of any age. There is a wonderful security fence around the pool and alarms on all doors so you don't have to worry about your children getting out without our knowledge. I just can't say enough about this home and it's owners. My husband and I spent four wonderful months here and I'm hoping that one day we wil be able to return.

Thanksgiving horror

After going to same place for 11 years, I thought I would rental a house with a pool for 3 adults. The outside was good, but the inside was horrible. The carpet should have been replaced years prior and it was matted down. It seemed to have been clean with a mop and cleanser rather than professional. 5 minutes after walking in I went to use the bathroom and the toilet handle was broken and when reported they claimed it had just been inspected that morning, which could not have been because the cleaning woman was still at the house when we arrived. The stove light was out. We spent Monday- Sunday in the house without using the patio, pool or an of the outside amenities due to the inside. The mattress was like cord board and squeaked loudly everything we laid down or turned. Fortunately, the 3rd person (my son) spent only one night there. The couch was so dirty that we put down towels to sit on it. It is nothing like what is on the website. I took pictures but unfortunately is unable to download.
