Nice neighborhood, had multiple people check the hot water issue and it was not resolved our whole stay. No hot water all week and the pool was green when we arrived.

Huge houses - regular services.

The house is enormous! Great for large families… the upstairs layout is fantastic… downstairs is cool, but with few bathrooms… the services weren't the best. The downstairs air conditioning worked on the second day, and the pool heating worked on the third day, the fridge didn't make ice, and the iron doesn't work… on the plus side: all rooms have TVs, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels…". It has 3 parking spaces in front of the house, and two of them are visitor parking spots located further away

Ok Stay

Check in process was absolutely easy cant complain. For a house that fit 22 it was very comfortable and spacious! Parking was a headache with so many Littles but we made it work. A lot of things were surface level the house was beautiful at sight but things weren’t as perfect. The property wasn’t as clean I was charged for a missing comforter and some other things that I can promise you wasn’t removed from the property. One of the rooms bedding wasn’t cleaned so it was removed and placed in the closet but I was charged for it missing. Which means the cleaners aren’t communicating with the owner at all they are just in there to quickly clean instead of cleaning up and down. All TVs didn’t work and some of the furniture was broken it was just stationed perfectly. Day 1 was HOT the house temperature was stuck so day/night 1 was torture the HVAC came out the following day a little later and we had to wait a few hours for the temperature to drop by night it was at a comfortable setting. The owners did communicate well however, I think they need to come in and change some things around to avoid charging its customers for things already damaged. My advice is take photos and document everything off so that you aren’t charged! With updates and fairness myself and my family will stay here again!

Nice home but had some major issues

This property itself was nice, just what we expected based on the pictures. However, when we arrived, the top floor was 79 degrees, super hot and humid. We contacted the property manager and they sent someone out around midday the next day, and we were told this is often an issue at this property, with water was leaking around the ac unit itself. The next issue was the pool heater. We paid in advance ($40 per day) for the pool to be warm/heater to be on. We got there late Friday night and dipped in for a bit and it was very nice and warm. The next day was relatively hot so during the day the water was fine, but in the evening the water was cold, and it remained cold for the duration of the trip. My kids couldn’t enjoy it, even with the sun out, the water was cold especially for a 4yr old. I reached out to them and they claimed someone checked the heater a few days after we left, saying that it was on the entire time. If that was the case, how was the water so warm the first night but then cold the following days/nights. This is just dishonest. Nothing was done to rectify this situation either. It’s a nice home but clearly needs some work. I would not be staying here again, and will not recommend it if you like the ac working or a warm pool during Florida’s winter days.

We had a great time, the house was nice and had plenty of space. The only thing that wasn’t great was the wi-fi, but overall I’d definitely stay there again!

Very nice place!

The house is clean and spacious for a big family. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. One little issue was that there was a nail sticking out of the floor in between the doorway to the bathroom in the master bedroom. The maintenance team is very quick to respond

Plain Awful

To quote Sir Charles Barkley, "That was Terrible"!! This started with us pulling up and a Tarp flapping in the wind from the roof. Then we get inside, it was filthy!! The walls were disgusting the carpets are all stained up and the pictures were inaccurate. The pool didnt have the loungers with cushions, there was an entire section of the screened roof missing from the pool area (really kept the bugs out) and the grime on the pool tiles (Barf)!! Furniture is old and needs updated the refrigerator wouldnt keep cold. The master bed has an exposed tack strip where the carpet transitions into the bathroom. The "game room is falling apart, the pool table was rocking like a trailer you dont wanna knock on and it was missing balls, Decent wifi! Lol parking was a joke. Dont buy into "up to 5 cars" there is nowhere to park and they tow cars every night! The location was good though for all the parks. This house could be awesome if it were kept up like it should be but as is, this is not worth the $$$+ we paid for the week. So to sum it all up we will not be recommending this place to any friends or our social networks!! Thank you for reading this and i hope your stay will be better than ours!

Solterra- Oakbourne home.

House was very large and comfortable. No issues with appliances or plumbing like previous guest experienced. 4 cup coffee pot too small for our large group. Towels were a bit tattered. No pool towels. Rented grill was also too small for our group. Parking was difficult but manageable. Congested traffic areaOverall had a great family experience.

Nice big house but…

The pros- Rooms are big, great space for entertaining. Nice safe community. Close to I-4 and shops. Extremely clean house. We had a leak from the upstairs bathroom into the bathroom downstairs and the owner was quick to send someone. Areas of opportunities: We did not know that you have to order to have the pool heated and that it takes 1 -2 days for it to heat up and that it is an extra charge. This was made known to me after we paid for the reservation and got the email with the code. Pool heating is available for purchase during the months of October – April. on average, it will take 18-24 hours for pool heaters to reach optimum set temperature (depending on outdoor ambient temperatures – No guarantees are made on how quickly pools heat up. No where in the reservation does it say you need to pay for this if not we would have either purchased it or gone with another property. We were never able to get into the pool which was very unfortunate. There is no grill on the property so either you bring your own grill or do not expect to bbq. Parking- Although this is not the owners fault it was very difficult to deal with since you are running the risk of getting towed. It’s a 6 bedroom house, with the garage being a game room, this limits the amount of parked cars. All Vehicles must be parked fully in the driveways, not overhanging the sidewalk or into the street. Do not park on the grass at any time. There is no overnight street parking except in specifically marked/lined areas. Any of these infractions could result in the vehicle getting towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.. This is a huge community with very limited parking,

Family Vacation

A management house handles this rental property. While they were very quick to respond and were extremely professional and nice, the initial welcome email I received seemed to have been mixed up with info for another rental resort that the company also manages. There was some confusion in the beginning but it was sorted out. The house itself is beautiful and located in a prime location close to Orlando. The space comfortably fit my entire family of 17 which included children and adults. The house is located in a resort that has a very big community pool with a lazy river. We love this house and the amenities so much that my husband and I are considering buying our own vacation home here!

Needs TLC

Needs lots of TLC. We got to the house and there were people in the roof trying to fix a leak that they weren’t able to find. The ac in the first floor wasn’t working. Upon trying to set up and organize things we realized there were roaches. The fridge wasn’t working but they were able to get a rental next day which interfere with our plans for the weekend. We had to pay extra for a bbq rental. There was dust in the laundry room like it it wasn’t cleaned. The beds were made but the sheets were not clean. The vents were very dirty. The carpet was dirty and had holes in it. The lounge chairs were broken. Some doors were damaged and recently repaired. The door blinds were missing and falling. There was not dish detergent or laundry detergent. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towel. The layout can be a bit uncomfortable for the 3 rooms downstairs as they all have to share a bathroom. Overall the property is okay. We had a good time but had many challenges during our vacations. We weren’t able to enjoy the resort amenities due to the amount of people. It seems like if the pool wasn’t big enough for the amount of properties in the community. If you want to enjoy it get there early.

It was okay

Upon arriving the stove was missing the front. Called to get assistance and had to leave a message. Upstairs guest bathroom shower would not turn off so the hot water had to run all night long. They did send a plumber out by the afternoon the next day. The oven was replaced by Wednesday. It was a lot to deal with on vacation.

Great stay

The house was great . Everything we needed. Only 2 complaints and it's about the community itself parking situation is horrible. Check in at gate and how the traffic backs up could take you up to a half hour to get in on any day of your stay there should be a separate entrance for check in. Everything else was amazing.

There were three minor occurrences: roaches, beeping of smoke alarm low batter, and the bunk room toilet was not functioning properly from Tuesday until leave time. After several failed attempts with plunger I called maintenance on Thursday and left a message about the smoke alarm and toilet, no response. We were in 5236. Would recommend the property and stay again. 5/22- 5/ 28/22.
