Stayed here for work and it was spot on. Plenty of space, comfortable setup and everything needed for a longer stay. Quiet location made it easy to relax after hours, and still convenient for getting to and from work each day. Would happily book again for future work trips.

Juanita and Lee were fabulous hosts and super responsive. They have clearly put a lot of thought into this demountable home including new appliances and air conditioning. Perfect for those who want lots of outdoor space. Ideal for caravaners like us who want somewhere to park up for a few days. 30minute drive into Darwin and similar to the beautiful Berry Springs.

Well suited for pets. Aircon good. No ceiling fan on verandah very hot to eat outside as no dinning facilities inside. Entrance door was difficult to unlock, slide open and close and re lock had to repair it. microwave to close to stove broken draw in kitchen. Hole in bedroom window. No safety rail on front steps. Poor quality mattress on main bed. Location is very good.

We stayed here for an extended period while waiting to return to our own home. There were definitely some positives — the location is very convenient and close to shops, having a full oven and kitchen made it much easier to cook proper meals during a long stay, and there is plenty of space outside. It would suit someone travelling with a caravan or needing extra room for vehicles.Unfortunately, there were also a number of issues that made the stay more stressful than expected. We had concerns with the smoke alarms, including alarms being disconnected and later chirping during the night. There were also maintenance issues around the property (including glass in the outside area, dirty air con’s).We also had difficulties with the fencing and suitability of the property for our dog, which ultimately meant we had to arrange alternative accommodation for him at significant additional cost.Juanita did respond to some issues and arranged for certain things to be looked at, which I appreciated. However, given the length and cost of our stay, I expected the property to be better prepared and managed from the outset.Overall, the location and space were very convenient, particularly for a longer stay, but unfortunately the maintenance and communication issues affected our experience quite a lot.

Host was very friendly and helpful.House was clean and had good facilities.Was able to parl caravan early and arrange for it to stay a few hours late.Would need a vehicle to get around as it is half an hour from the city. But shops can be walked to.Air con and fans work well.Washing machine and dryer are available.We had an excellent stay.

Great accommodation in a good location. The place was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. The hosts were easy to deal with and helpful. Highly recommended.
