Located in the heart of historic Downtown Bozeman, V2 at Vintage House is a stylish and comfortable second-floor retreat with a private entrance and balcony—a perfect spot to relax and take in the fresh Montana air. Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience, this inviting space offers a blend of modern amenities and classic charm.

Guests have exclusive access to the second-floor V2 suite, which features a private entrance with contactless entry for a seamless check-in experience. Enjoy a small balcony on the landing, perfect for a morning coffee or evening unwind.

For added convenience, one off-street parking space is provided in the private parking lot. With a prime location in Downtown Bozeman, everything from dining and shopping to outdoor adventures is just steps away.

We strive to provide a seamless and comfortable stay with 24/7 remote customer service. The best way to reach us is through our messaging line, where we are available for any questions or concerns.

On your day of arrival, you will receive a lock code for self-check-in. If you experience any maintenance issues, please notify us as soon as possible. Non-emergency repairs will be scheduled during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM).

All VRBozeman properties are conveniently located just a block away from Main Street Bozeman making getting around very easy. If you do not have a car during your visit, it is convenient to utilize Uber/Lyft. If you are looking for speedier way around town there are Bird scooters for public use. Downtown Bozeman is very walkable so if you are looking to stay around Main Street walking around can be the best way to make sure you don’t miss a thing!

V2 at Vintage House is a private, second-floor suite designed for comfort and convenience. This thoughtfully curated space features a spacious king bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a private entrance with contactless coded entry for seamless access.

Guests staying in V2 have access to the upper-level unit, a private balcony with outdoor seating, and one off-street parking space conveniently located in the private parking lot.

Please note that V1, the main-floor suite, is not included in this listing. If you’re interested in reserving the entire Vintage House (both V1 & V2), please check availability under the `Vintage House` listing.

The exterior grounds are monitored by a security camera system, ensuring a safe and private stay.

Located in Bozeman’s central business district, just one block from Main Street, V2 places you steps away from top restaurants, boutique shopping, art galleries, and nightlife, offering the perfect mix of downtown energy and a peaceful retreat.

Video Cameras and Noise Monitoring
Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors, (they do NOT record any conversations, just decibel levels). We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment.These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors.

We take your privacy and security seriously, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable during your stay with us. If you have any concerns or questions about our security measures, please do not hesitate to contact us. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and have a memorable experience.

When booking our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Full Refund
A guest is eligible for a full refund of accommodation fees and applicable taxes if the cancellation is completed within forty-eight (48) hours of booking AND at least fourteen (14) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time.
2. Partial Refund
If the above conditions are not met, but the cancellation is completed at least seven (7) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time, the guest will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of accommodation fees and applicable taxes.
3. No Refund
Cancellations made less than seven (7) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time, early departures, or unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.
4. Merchant of Record – Payment Processing Fees
For all reservations where we are the merchant of record, all refunds are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee equal to four percent (4%) of the total transaction amount, regardless of the timing or reason for cancellation. This fee reflects third-party payment processing costs incurred at the time of booking and is retained on all cancellations, including those that otherwise qualify for a full or partial refund under this policy.
5. Third-Party Platform Fees
When a reservation is processed through a third-party booking platform, platform service fees and any other non-accommodation charges are governed by that platform’s policies and are not controlled or refunded by us.

Extenuating Circumstances Policy:
When this Policy allows for cancellation, it controls and takes precedence over the reservation’s cancellation policy. Guests that are impacted by an event covered by this Policy can cancel their reservation and receive, depending on the circumstances, a cash refund or credit can be given. If the Host is impacted by an event covered by this Policy they can cancel without adverse consequences, but, depending on the circumstances, their calendars may be blocked for the dates of the cancelled reservation.

What events are covered:
This Policy uses the term “Event” to refer to the following situations that occur after booking, are unforeseen at the time of booking, and prevent or legally prohibit completion of the reservation.

Changes to government travel requirements. Unexpected changes to visa or passport requirements imposed by a governmental agency that prevent travel to the destination. This doesn’t include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances relating to a guest’s authorization to travel.

Declared emergencies and epidemics. Government declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies. This does not include diseases that are endemic or commonly associated with an area—for example, malaria in Thailand or dengue fever in Hawaii.

Government travel restrictions. Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit traveling to, staying at, or returning from the Listing location. This does not include non-binding travel advisories and similar government guidance.

This is a five star property. Not only is it in a great location, walkable to town, provides a lot of privacy, appointed very well but the staff was outstanding to deal with. We will be using it again and recommending it to our friends. Truly, one of the best VRBO experience we have had.

Beautiful, Contemporary Property (great location)

We recently traveled to stay in Bozeman and were looking for a downtown, walkable location for a few days. This perfectly fit our needs. It is modern, clean, and well appointed. The thoughtful details included earplugs, toiletries, coffee and a bottle of wine to enjoy. Wi-FI was excellent and I was able to work remotely with no issues. The location is just a short walk from downtown shopping and restaurants/bars. Communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Highly recommend if you are in the Bozeman area!

Downtown Perfection

Vintage House is pristine; a lovely and stylish king suite one block South of Main. We enjoyed the functional kitchen for making breakfast before heading to the slopes. We loved the walking access to all the downtown restaurants for dinner. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay!!

This unit is so perfect....we only stayed one night but wanted more! It is so well done, very European feel to the finishes and fixtures and it is so beautiful. The bed is soooo comfortable, the shower is amazing, the kitchen has everything you need (except a real coffee maker, french press only), plenty of room for your luggage, etc, walk to town. Very quiet and easy to get in and out. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic apartment 2 blocks from Main Street.

This place was perfect! Very modern, spotless and perfect size for my husband and I to spend a few days exploring Bozeman. Double shower heads after a day of hiking was just what we needed! Cannot recommend this place and their concierge enough!!
