OUTDOORS
Woodfired Hot Tub- please not this is to be supervised at all times. There is a small amount of wood provided but if needed some wood can be purchased at the service stations locally.
Firepit- must be supervised and used in accordance with local laws.
Heating and Cooing
Reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout and lounge room with Log gas fireplace.
PARKING
There is no parking in the garage. Ample off-street parking in drive as well street parking available.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff, and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.
All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bathmats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.
Respect for our neighbours is paramount, so we ask that noise be kept to a respectful level while in residence. In addition, please enter and leave the property quietly.

The property is completely available for the guests.

Front door access for guests only. Property is fully available to guests no other guests on the property.

Located in a quiet street, walkable to the shops although is not a quick stroll. Minutes to the lake and park, as well as local cafes and small grocery store, etc.
Getting Around:
Train station a 15 minute walk as well as bus stops closer to the home. Taxi and Uber services available.
