The flat was very well appointed and immaculate - a lovely place to stay and right in the heart of the old town. Deborah provided everything we could need for a fantastic visit. We will be back!

The apt. was quite comfortable, & our contact was helpful, friendly, & informative. However, the street was exceptionally noisy at night when the nightclub across the street was open--revelers yelling, horn honking, & general noise till 4:00 or 4:30 a.m. The headboard on the bed made noise as well. Night noise was the only drawback.
Satirical statue of a snooty man holding his pug, the man having a long haughty nose turned up in disapproval of nearby Notre Dame Basilica, in the park near the apt.
The haughy female statue n a Chanel-like suit, holding her poodle, the woman turning up her long, snooty nose at the nearby bank; the female statue is located on the corner opposite the snooty man.

Thank you for your overall review of my property. Unfortunately, the nightclub across the street recently opened, and it is out of my control. I just want to let you and future guests know that we are taking action and we are changing the windows of the room to soundproof windows so our guests can sleep comfortably.

As stated in the previous review, the street below was loud with the nightclub across the street hosting a boisterous crowd until the wee hours of the morning. To make matters worse. The persistent squeaky sounds of the bed frame/headboard kept me up where I had to drag the mattress to the living room to get some sleep. One would expect at this exorbitant nighty rate to have soundproof windows/curtains and a well crafted bed which would have accurately reflected its healdline "Cutting Edge Condo".

Great location, clean apartment (minus the patio furniture). Easy to access and close to overnight parking and breakfast. Overall, good value for the money. Some minor areas of the place were in need of repair such as a towel holder which immediately detached from wall.

Wow—what a great stay! The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Metro and just a short walk to Old Montreal. The house was perfect for our stay—clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!
