1. Check-In/Check-Out
⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding!
2. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.
3. Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.
4. Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.
5. No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
6. Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
7. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!
8. Climate Control 🌡️
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.
9. Cleanliness 🧹
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.
10. Respect for Property 🏡
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.
