The Space:

The villa features exquisite Mexican architecture, soothing neutral colors, and a comfortable and relaxing design. This impressive home is inside the exclusive community of Cabo del Sol, just 10 minutes from downtown Cabo and the marina, and it sits along one of the best seaside golf courses with a clubhouse that has the best Sunday brunch in Cabo!



Enjoy the ocean breeze from the heated swimming pool during the day that overlooks the Sea of Cortez! Then, grab your cocktail and soak in the hot tub at sunset. There’s a fire pit for chillier nights and lots of sofa lounge space on the expansive deck, plus covered dining, an outdoor bar, and a barbecue area. You can play games, tell stories, eat, drink and be merry while creating new memories that will last a lifetime.



The villa features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, seamlessly connected to the dining and living areas. These kitchen and dining spaces are open-air by design, allowing for natural airflow and ocean breezes, and are equipped with ceiling fans for comfort. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms only, ensuring restful nights while maintaining the home’s open, tropical layout in shared living areas.



You’ll have a modern and fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals at home. Enjoy your culinary delights indoors or outdoors on either of the large dining tables or belly up to the breakfast bar with a snack, coffee or adult beverage.



When it’s time to retire, the home features 5 magnificent bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, and there’s a half bathroom in the home for added convenience. You can accommodate 12 guests as such:



BEDROOM 1: Master Suite: 1 King bed

BEDROOM 2: 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds

BEDROOM 3: 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds (a unique bunk bed)

BEDROOM 4: 1 King bed

BEDROOM 5: 1 Queen bed + 1 Twin bed



For those who may need to work (and we hope not too much!), you’ll have high-speed Wi-Fi and lots of comfortable laptop-friendly spaces.



The villa includes daily housekeeping (except Sundays), and breakfast prepared by a chef is included. (The guest pays for groceries and a 10% shopping fee).

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and all its grand amenities. Casa Naah Payil is located in Cabo del Sol, a very exclusive private community within one of the best golf courses and a clubhouse with the best Sunday brunch in Cabo. Previous reservations are recommended.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a serene setting adjacent to a stunning seaside golf course with tranquil and luxurious surroundings and views. Enjoy nearby fine dining, local shops, and the allure of ocean views and breathtaking sunsets right from your villa, and still be just a 10-minute drive from downtown Cabo and local attractions like the iconic El Arco rock formation. San Jose del Cabo is just a 20-minute drive north. Also, when you book with us, we’ll provide you with a wonderful online guidebook with recommendations to help you navigate the area!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 26 miles | 42 km away. Driving times to the Cabo San Lucas area vary based on traffic and time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience.

We offer concierge and the following add-on services for a fee. Just please provide advanced notice:

Villa pre-stocking, private transportation, activities and excursions, golf tee time, fishing boat/yacht rentals, babysitting services, beach attendant, butler, chef, bartender, and an in-house spa service. (Please note that the chef is only included for breakfast. Grocery costs are not included, and there’s a +10% of the total bill shopping service fee.)



Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation or upon arrival.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.



We kindly ask all of our guests to please abide by these HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- If you hire any external providers, you will be responsible for any damaged or missing items at the property.



Interaction with Guests:

Our concierge will meet you at the property to check you in, provide you with keys, show you around, and answer any questions you may have. We kindly ask that you let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance.
