On entry is the kitchen dining and lounge room which open out onto a large deck - perfect for the long lunch and balmy night dinners.
There are two bedrooms on this level - main with a king size bed and ensuite and the second bedroom has a queen size bed.

Downstairs to another lounge room with a large smart television and split system air conditioner. There are another three bedrooms and a large family bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and ensuite and bedroom four has a queen bed. Bedroom 5 has two sets of bunk beds, suitable for children. All bedrooms downstairs have ceiling fans. Another deck area for the children to play as well as foosball.
The European laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer. No use of the garage although there is driveway parking for at least 2 cars.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast`s most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It`s a patrolled beach is perfect for swimming, surfing and there`s a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, coffee shops, restaurant, bottle shop, chemist, newsagent and convenience store.
