Dacha House - Chalet w/ Hot Tub & Heat!

Welcome to Dacha House, a beautiful chalet cabin in Blue Lake Springs! This cabin has been recently remodeled, including the kitchen and appliances, with space for your entire family to spread out! You'll love the hot tub as well as the mini splits that provide heat and air conditioning throughout the cabin!

The dining table seats 6, with additional breakfast bar that seats 3 more. On the main floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed - upstairs in the loft/bedroom, there is a twin bed and a sofa sleeper as well. Downstairs, you'll enjoy the a bonus room as well as an additional bedroom with king bed and full bathroom.

The private outdoor patio provides a grill and outdoor furniture, so get ready to relax and enjoy the serenity of this ultimate mountain retreat! Located within the Blue Lake Springs private homeowners association in Arnold, with entry fee you will have access to the pool and 2 lakes, recreation area, tennis and bocce courts! Only minutes from Bear Valley Ski Resort, Lake Alpine, Spicer Reservoir, and Calaveras Big Trees State Park. There's something to do year-round!

Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.

Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file.

Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
