Swim & Hike: Crystal River Retreat w/ Yard!

Thank you for your honest review. We are sorry that your stay was less than amazing. We appreciate you making our host aware of the issue with the shower drainage. Since your stay, we have been able to eliminate that issue. While we apologize for the dead bugs, we are quite happy to know that our pest services are effective in killing any pesky insects that creep their way in. We have full confidence that your next stay with us will meet or even exceed your expectations!! Thank you for staying with us in Crystal River-God bless.

We're sorry to hear your stay didn’t meet expectations. The homeowner would like to address your concerns:- We’ve stocked the home with enough towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests it sleeps, and we provide a washer, dryer, and detergent so guests can refresh towels as needed during their stay.- We apologize for the plumbing issue you experienced. While we worked quickly to get a maintenance professional out, we understand this was frustrating.- Our guest contact does respond on weekends. However, there may have been a short delay, and we’re sorry this affected your experience. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.
