Not up to standards
Rating Details:
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Over the past couple of years our family and friends have stayed at the Ram Sea multiple times. This was by far the most disappointing visit. We were prepared for the construction and truthfully that had no bearing on this review. Our grievances are as follows: coffee making did not work and was filthy; the dishwasher did not work and it wasn't set up to work. It was never secured to the counter so there was no intention of it working. Family members that stayed a month prior had the same issue with two other units. Our thoughts are they don't want to be bothered with dishwashers, so they don't hook them up. The floors were so dirty our children's feet were black within the first 5 minutes of walking around. We personally scrubbed the floors twice but that didn't help much as all. All in all, this was the most disappointing visit, and we will not be coming back. It sad because we always liked this place in the past. The cosmetics to the common areas are not going to help if the rooms are such a disaster.
