Right on the beach

We love Sea Oats. Love waking up to the waves, with our morning coffee. Love sitting on our balcony and enjoying the sunsets.

Great location and Gulf views! Easy beach access, pool was nice. Unit needs to be updated, but Owner was upfront in the rental description letting us know the unit is outdated. Overall stay was good as most of our time was spent on the beach and by the pool. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Very Comfortable, Loved the View

The place was spacious and had everything we needed. I could have just lived out on the balcony. When we first arrived, we noticed carpet was very wet near the sliding glass doors (due to a recent storm), called management and they took care of it right away. We would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Great condo!

The condo was very nice with an amazing view! Kitchen needs some updates as well as some additional kitchenware. VRBO says check-in is at 10am but once you get the rental agreement, it says 4pm leaving us with a 5hour wait to get in the room. Otherwise had a wonderful time!

Great view good beds. Toilet could use some tweaking .washer and dryer were great and pretty new. Pleasantly surprised. Stove could be releveled. Needs wine glasses and a better assortment of shorter glasses. Nice fry pan and pots and pans okay.

Needs updates but worked for us.

The condo needs some serious updates especially the beds. Whoever stayed before us just put their dirty dishes in the cupboards so we washed everything before we used them. There were plenty of bath towels and some beach gear that we were able to use. Sea Oats is a very nice property and the pool and beach are great.

Girls Trip for a Week

My girlfriends and I from college try to do a yearly trip away each summer. We love the clearwater area and were so excited to find Sea Oats! The booking and check in process were extremely easy. We were even allowed to check in early as soon as we arrived to the area. The condo was the perfect location, right on the beach and easily accessible to the areas other big attractions. The only things to point out is that one of the beds with the ocean view room was broken, as well as a dining room chair. The utensils were also dirty looking, but we just washed them before using. Overall, we had an amazing week staying in Sea Oats!

Better than bronze

After being displaced from Fort Myers due to Ian, we ventured to the St Pete area. The condo accommodated myself, my sister and my 4 kids perfectly. Reviews saying it hasn’t been updated were a little off as most condos on the beach are not typically aesthetically modern (at this price point) and we weren’t disappointed at all (the pictures of the interior depicted it perfectly). Having laundry in the room was a huge perk along with plenty of space for everyone. Only recommendations would be adding some beach chairs to the room as there are not any on the beach. Beach, pool, view and parking were great.

Beautiful Beach

The condo is in a beautiful place with great shelling for miles. The condo is a bit outdated. There are no ceiling fans in any other rooms except the living room. We went there after Irma and place was pretty clean. However, pool could be cleaned more than once a week but it could have been because clean up from Irma. Bedrooms were very hot went to Walmart and got a fan for our stay. The condo is close to many great restaurants and shopping. The building itself is in a great spot. Would maybe try another condo in the same building.

Living in the 70's but in filth.

There was hair in the bed and refrigerator. There was blood on the walls and rugs. The plumbing needs work. No box spring in the bed, so it sets almost on the floor. Over all it needs to be up grated. I don't believe anything has been done since it was built. I don't recommend it.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Beautiful view from the balcony.Slept 8 of us comfortably.Lots of bath towels, hand towels and face cloths supplied.Cons:Ice machine in fridge doesn’t work.Only 6 chairs at the table but sleeps 8.Bed in room with one bed is very uncomfortable. Other beds were good.Overall we had a great time. The unit needs updating but we knew that when we rented it. It would be better if the pool had a key pad entry instead of key fobs.
