Welcome to your ultimate coastal getaway—where laid-back beach vibes meet fresh, modern comfort. Nestled in the heart of Cooee Bay, this beautifully renovated retreat is perfect for families or groups looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything this stunning seaside spot has to offer.
With dual living zones—two fully self-contained spaces under one roof—there’s plenty of room for two families or to bring along the grandparents, or group vacations. Everyone can enjoy their own space while staying together.
Inside, the home is fresh, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need for a seamless holiday. Outside, the fun continues with a private backyard, perfect for outdoor entertaining and featuring a scooter track, fire pit, treehouse and swing set, kids' toys and games, and a beach trolley loaded with beach gear for endless days of sand and sun. There are two outdoor areas, both with BBQ’s. The front deck is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or, to watch the sun go down.
Located just 235 metres to Cooee Bay Beach and a very short stroll to Lammermoor Beach, your beach holiday begins the moment you arrive. Walk to the local coffee shop for your morning brew, grab a takeaway from the fish and chip shop, or enjoy sunset tapas and drinks at Riviera Yeppoon overlooking the water, right on Cooee Bay Beachfront. Daniel Park Playground is also just across the road!
A 100 metre stroll and you will be overlooking the Yeppoon surrounds at Wreck Point Lookout. An iconic location to watch the sun rise and sun set.
