The pools were great. Great views. It was motorcycle week. We had not anticipated that. The noise level throughout the days and evenings was pretty bad.

There were roaches in the unit, the bedrooms, refrigerator, both alive and dead. This was horrifying and we had to call to cancel this reservation and we’re stuck last minute to find a place to stay with a family of 9. Ruined the first day of our trip and had to go to another place where we didn’t get everything we had hoped for because of last minute desperation. Beware if you stay in this building you will take some unwanted souvenirs to your home!!

The room was not clean, the toilet didn’t work, there were no parking passes in the room and the hotel, Sandy Beach, would not give any to us. It was such a disappointment

not enough chairs with comfort, master bedroom no lights for 2 days, dust balls, wasnt very clean and toliet broke the afternoon before we left flooding my bathroom. no parking passes until next day.

While the location is ideal, right on the beach, the condo is not maintained well. The furniture is old, like 1990s old and uncomfortable, and the mattresses feel like layers of cardboard. Not sure what they are made of. The dining room chairs have cushions so you don't fall through and the kitchen cabinets have a cheap veneer covering that is peeling off. The air filter for the unit hasn't been changed in what looked liked 6 months and every corner of the condo had dirt and grime in it. The bottom of the curtains are black and mold in the bathroom grout. There are roaches so we need to defumigate our luggage and clothes after our stay at the "resort". When you tell the host their response is "send me pictures of the roaches". The condo walls are paper thin. You can hear everyone everywhere all the time and no one listens to the noise curfew. The pools are more targeted for kids than adults. The beach is the only saving grace. It's not crowded - ever. We always had room right up front no matter what time of day.Unfortunately not worth the price payed for the week. We will stay somewhere else next time we visit myrtle beach.
