This place was amazing! It’s exactly like the pictures. The resort is in a perfect location. Close enough to the boardwalk, but far enough to get out of the craziness. The resort was very quiet at night. We would 1000% stay here again.

PROS: Esthetically the condo is pretty. Great location. Ample parking. Easy check-in. Big tv’s in the bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked. Ocean front view from the 11th floor is beautiful.CONS: We saw 5 cockroaches, within the unit. The unit smelled HORRIBLE of marijuana the moment we opened the door. Broken bed in the primary bedroom. Dirty, stained furniture, cracked and peeling dining room table. No communication about issues despite two attempts to contact. Poor cleaning; found dirty, wadded up towels in the dresser drawer, food wrappers under the bed. Sliding door in living room is IMPOSSIBLE to open, does not slide at all. Overall the unit is not well maintained when you actually look. The building itself is also not great. Gross elevators. Although the lobby is meticulously maintained. Lazy river looked dirty. VERY overpriced. Would not stay again.

Nice Condo

Overall a nice condo on the beach. Plenty of room and the host was very responsive if we had any questions. Only suggestion would be for thicker shades/blinds on the front rooms. The windows take a lot of light in from the hallway making it difficult for kids to sleep.

Absolutely Awesome!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented a 3 bedroom condo for a week for my family and I. The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking. The condo was recently renovated and very pleasant. The mgmt company we found extremely convenient and professional. They were reachable via text if we needed anything at all. My family had an amazing time and we definitely are looking forward to staying at the Caribbean resort again in the near future.

The property was clean and the kitchen stocked with everything! The sundries in the bathroom were an added surprise!! TThe 2 back bedrooms could use blackout blinds. The hallway lights shine through in those 2 rooms. Our only complaint was taking the garbage across the street behind the parking garage. This was an inconvenience. The condo facility should have a ‘garbage pick up’ and if you miss their pick up time a lot then you take the garbage over yourself.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear you found the property clean, well-stocked, and appreciated the little touches in the bathrooms — we love adding those extras for our guests. We also appreciate your helpful suggestions about blackout blinds and the trash setup. We’ll pass your feedback along to the building management, as the trash collection system is managed by the condo association. In the meantime, we’ll explore possible ways to make both the lighting and waste disposal more convenient for future guests. We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay overall and hope to welcome you back soon!

Beautiful and comfortable condo that has amazing views. The place was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The host was very accommodating and available for any questions we had. The space had a beautiful fireplace which was a bonus on the cool nights. There was a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets needed although we didn’t use any as I don’t cook on vacation, but if you choose too it was available. The only thing I’d mention is that the beds and couch are very modern and low to the ground. My husband and son are over 6’5 and it was definitely noticeable to them. Otherwise, it wasn’t an issue ( it may be for someone who just had a recent hip/knee surgery though). The building had a nice fitness room that we used and it wasn’t busy. It had all the equipment needed for a nice workout. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone and another bonus was that we were able to see the fireworks on NYE from the pier without driving there. We will definitely be back to this condo in the future.

Thank you for the wonderful review! 🌴🌊 We’re glad you enjoyed the amazing views, the clean, spacious layout for your family of four, and the fireplace on the cool nights. It was great to hear our team was available and accommodating. Thanks also for noting the fully stocked kitchen — helpful for guests who like to cook. We appreciate the feedback about the modern, low-profile beds and sofa; that can be more noticeable for taller guests or anyone with recent hip/knee surgery, and we’ll keep that in mind. Happy to hear the fitness room worked well and that you could enjoy the NYE fireworks from the pier. We’d love to welcome you back to the condo in the future!

Dont expect trash bags, salt and pepper, or internet that will allow your kids to watch tv in the evening. The place is fairly comfy and comes with a good stock of dishes, untensils etc but no coffee, no salt and pepper, no trash bags, two of the 4 tvs had dead batteries on arrival and didnt get replacement batteries until day 3 but didnt matter because internet wasnt good enough to stream any content in the evening. Was told they dont offer coffee or things like salt and pepper. The price thats paid for this unit should be more of a premium experience but felt like we were in a budget place. Oh and the beds are kinda rickety like cheap ikea and hard on the shins when you walk around them. Also you can"t even use the oven without the smoke detectors going off constantly and then the final night they were beeping every 15 seconds so I just took them down. I dont like to complain but this just felt like a let down and will look elsewhere for our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations — we understand how frustrating it can be when the experience doesn’t align with what you had hoped for. We do our best to be transparent about what’s provided in the unit, and you're correct that we don't stock items like coffee, salt and pepper, or an unlimited supply of consumables for both health and safety reasons. That said, your comments about the batteries, internet issues, and smoke detectors are absolutely valid, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We’ve shared your feedback with our team to prevent this from happening in the future. While we’re glad you found the condo fairly comfortable and well-stocked in terms of kitchenware, we’re sorry the overall experience felt like a letdown. We appreciate your honesty and will use your feedback to continue improving.

The Unit is very clean and beautiful! Check in and out was very simple. The resort is very family friendly, with many amenities on site. It’s on the 11th floor so the view is very nice and the extra large balcony was a plus! The kitchen was really nice and as advertised with everything you could ask for to cook any kind of meal. We loved all of the beach themed decorative items throughout the unit. Some other posts had complained of light from the hallway in the front rooms, but having seen it for myself it was a non issue. Only had minor wear and tear defects around the unit, but nothing that took away from the over all ascetic of the unit. Of note the fire detector did go off once as Ive seen complaints in other reviews. I was cooking, but there was no smoke. I just think it’s very sensitive, which I would prefer to the alternative I guess. The guest bathroom Ring Touch lighted mirror does not work, so that was a bit of a bummer but they were notified so maybe it will be fixed for the next guest. Loved the one in the master bath. Showers are very nice!! Last thing I will say is the couch is “not,” a pull out. The unit is advertised as sleeps10. There is 1K 1Q 2Full so maybe if you have a couple babies that sleep with parents you could fit 10. But not 10 adults, unless you bring an airmatress, which there is plenty of room for in the common areas. All in all I would Highly recommend the unit to a friend! We will stay again in the future for sure.

We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness, beautiful décor, amazing views from the 11th floor, and the family-friendly resort amenities. It’s great to know the kitchen, balcony, and overall layout helped make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. We also appreciate your helpful notes regarding the small maintenance items. We’re glad the smoke detector sensitivity did not impact your stay, and we will continue monitoring it to ensure it remains appropriately responsive. We will also follow up on the guest bathroom mirror light to ensure it is addressed for future guests. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and for staying with us. This condo was perfect for us and our 3 grandchildren. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. Great view of the ocean from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. The balcony was large enough for all of us to relax and enjoy. We loved the direct access to the beach as well as all the different pools. The kitchen is well stocked although we only ate breakfast and lunch in the condo. Conveniently located only minutes away from all the MB shopping, restaurants and attractions.
