Both living areas feature 65-inch LG OLED TVs, with the upstairs lounge also boasting a Sonos sound bar for immersive sound, perfect for streaming your favourite shows or watching the big game in cinematic comfort. Ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning across both levels ensures year-round comfort, while high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected.

The master suite upstairs is a peaceful retreat with panoramic ocean views, a private ensuite with twin showers, and direct access to the main living space. Downstairs, three generously sized bedrooms, a second lounge, and direct pool access offer plenty of space to spread out and unwind. Linen and towels are provided and professionally laundered for your stay. For your convenience, the home includes a washing machine, dryer, and laundry detergent. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with essentials such as dishwashing liquid, sponges, tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels, and serviettes—everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9:00 pm. Seabreeze Escape is located in the peaceful Gnarabup residential area of Margaret River, and all music and excessive noise must cease after this time. This is especially important on the top-level outdoor deck, where no music or loud noise is permitted after 9:00 pm. Please also ensure noise is kept to a minimum if returning to the property after 9:00 pm. Seabreeze Escape is intended for family style holidays and is not available for functions, parties, or large social gatherings. A maximum of 3 vehicles may be parked at the property. As with all of our holiday homes, Holidays Margaret River does not accept bookings from Leavers or associated groups.
