This exclusive 2-bedroom basement unit is the epitome of modern-day living, boasting impeccable finishes that radiate elegance at every corner.
Clean, bright, safe and comfortable 2-bedroom basement unit. Fully equipped with an open concept kitchen and living room, and one bathroom.
Guest access
This is a basement suite with a private entrance. Guests have access to the entire basement unit. In suite laundry (washer/dryer).
Street parking available.

You have your own keyless entrance to the suite. You will be provided with the code before you arrive. You have access through the side entrance by the left from the front.

No pets. Smoke free.
