- The home runs on solar power with a limited backup battery. Guests must be aware of energy usage (such as running the A/C, leaving lights on, etc) when in residence
- The property may not be suitable for young children due to the steep staircases inside the home
- This property runs on a septic system
- Open fires are not permitted due to local restrictions
- The fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use. The fire pit is also currently unavailable to prevent forest fires
- Please do not use candles during your stay
- Be sure to bring your own groceries; there are no stores nearby
- Your safety matters. This home features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the front of the house facing the main entrance. The remaining 3 cameras are the back of the house and either side, all facing outward. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. All cameras record video and sound for 10-20 seconds when activated by motion
