The Space:

The ground level features an inviting living room with plush seating and a wall-mounted Smart TV (antenna connected) for relaxed nights in. Adjacent is a generous dining area for up to 8, perfect for shared meals or remote work spread-outs.

All three bedrooms are upstairs:
