We had a wonderful stay at Ankita's place and would definitely recommend it. The basement apartment was clean, bright, and very new. The beds were comfortable, the bath towels were great quality, and we really appreciated having access to a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer during our stay.Ankita was an excellent host. She responded quickly whenever we had a question or concern and was very helpful throughout our visit. The only feedback we would offer is regarding the capacity. While the listing advertises that it can accommodate up to 8 guests, and there are technically enough beds, the common living space is better suited to a smaller group. There were only four kitchen chairs and one couch, so it was difficult for everyone to sit together for meals or relax in the evenings. It wasn't a major issue for us, but it's something future guests may want to consider if traveling with a larger group.Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Ankita, for your hospitality!

Ankita was a wonderful host: very welcoming, warm, respectful and friendly. She started off by allowing us to check in when we arrived to town-- we didn't have to wait til 3pm. She programmed the keyless lock to be part of our phone number--so convenient. She responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Her daughter gave us a Christmas gift! We appreciated the assigned parking with plugin for the cold nights. The basement apartment is as advertised and was perfect for our needs. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room, 3 large bedrooms with nice sized closets were very clean and tidy. The queen beds were comfy with cozy duvets. The large soaker tub has a rain showerhead, towels were extra large and fluffy! The washer and drier were handy. The wifi was excellent, the cell service spotty at times. We cannot comment on the futon--one child slept on the floor. As Scott from "Vacation House Rules" says, maximize heads in beds. Technically there is room for 8 to sleep. We would highly recommend this accommodation for groups of 3 to 6 for maximum comfort. Thanks for a great stay Ankita!!

Thank you so much for the kind review! We’re really glad you enjoyed the space, amenities, and convenience, and that everything met your needs. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we truly appreciate the recommendation. You’re always welcome back! Appreciate your feedback regarding the futon. Just to clarify, the sofa is a pull-out bed and can comfortably accommodate two people. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps future guests and allows us to continue improving. Warm regards, Ankita
