This fresh and cosy 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house is perfect for a family in a quiet suburban street, situated in the heart of the picturesque suburb Harrisdale.
Lovely coastal colourings throughout with wooden style floorboards, crisp white walls and new furnishings styled in greys and white woods.
The open plan living area is great for entertaining. The kitchen boasts soaring high ceilings, premium pendant lighting, stone bench tops, tiled splashback, a built-in pantry, a stainless-steel fridge, oven, 6 burner gas stovetop with rangehood, microwave and dishwasher.
Directly off here is the dining table with padded seats beneath hanging pendant lighting.
The living room has a comfortable couch and 2 armchairs in front of the mounted Smart TV, coffee table and floor rug beneath the pendant light.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, split system aircon, tallboy drawers and walk in wardrobe. The private ensuite has a shower, toilet and single vanity sink.
The Second bedroom has a double bed beneath the ceiling fan, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe.
The Third bedroom has a double bed on the bottom with a ladder leading to an additional single bed on the top. It has a wardrobe and bedside table with lamp.
The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower, toilet and single vanity sink. Complimentary starter pack of Outback Essence guest amenities supplied in each bathroom.
The private alfresco area has a table with high back chairs beneath the umbrella and a BBQ.
The laundry has a Westinghouse front loader washing machine and separate dryer.
The garage is accessible via the back laneway with undercover parking for 2 cars included.
