The accommodation
Snuggle in the heart of a mixed forest, away from all the hustle and bustle. Set back on a hillside overlooking an open plain, this cottage is facing west, facing Mount Foster, offering a grandiose panorama and unforgettable sunsets.

Welcome to this four-season eco-cottage with an area of 192 ft2, the most isolated in the estate. Perfect for couples looking for calm and privacy, it has a mezzanine accessible by a ladder and a covered gallery to soak up the beauty of the place, in complete tranquility.

You have to take the hiking trails to get to the cottage, located 6 minutes from the parking lot (300 meters).

The eco-cottage is entirely reserved for you. No other accommodations are visible from La Perdrix, guaranteeing you total privacy in the heart of nature.

The eco-lodges are equipped to offer a unique resort experience, with LED lighting powered by a solar panel, indoor compost toilet, wood stove, propane stove for cooking, kitchenette equipped (oil salt and pepper), outdoor fire pit, propane BBQ and a picnic table to enjoy the outdoors. Please note that bedding is not included, but services such as drinking water, linens and dish soap, candles, toilet paper and firewood are provided.

The "Les Côteaux Missisquoi" estate is located in the municipality of Saint-Étienne-de-Bolton between Eastman (where you can refuel - Grocery, bakery, SAQ, gas, local products, Pub, restaurants) and Mansonville near Austin in the Missisquoi Valley.

We are in the center of the major recreational-tourist sites (Magog, Orford, Owl's Head and Bromont) where a multitude of activities await you.

From Montreal: Exit 100 of Highway 10, right at the stop sign for 8.2 kilometers.
From Sherbrooke: Exit 106 of Highway 10, left on Highway 245 for 10 kilometres, right on Bolton Centre Road for 2 kilometres.
