The Nauticski, is a Cottage directly on the waterfront at Brome Lake (Knowlton) in the Eastern Townships, with its private dock.
Why not as a second home, rented for 2-3 months in the summer or winter, the Nauticski B, from 32 nights, on a longer term basis! 🚣🚣‍♀️🚣‍♂️If rented, it is possible to have to share access to the water and nautical equipment between the 2 units of the cottage. 🐡🐟
Chalet rented in low season, minimum of 2 nights and high season, minimum of 3 nights or 7 days week from 3000$ (3.5% accommodation tx added by Vrbo, for short term.) Maximum of 6 people and base price for 2. 125$/additional people!!!! LAST MINUTE, Last minute booking, same day possible!!! Book from the next day and ask me if your arrival is possible for today even past 16:00-17:00 ;-)
**Perfect for resting or practicing water sports and skiing in winter a few minutes away.
3 Kayays and 2 paddle boards
Everything is included. Well equipped for cooking. You only need to bring your daily and personal care products. ;-)
Close to all servives, cycle path and wine route.

A charming cottage right on Lac Brome. All was clean and reasonably comfortable. There was nice outdoor seating, both on the balcony and on the dock down by the lake.

Lovely, clean, well stocked for any cooking you want to do, and right on the lake with gorgeous sunrises! The host Jocelyne is responsive and helpful in every way - made it all very easy. Also, two generous parking spots and lots of water gear (kayaks and SUPs). Would rent this home again.

Lovely, well-equipped rental in lake house

Beautiful apartment with back deck, yard and dock on the lake. Wonderful swimming section. Lots of morning light and beautiful sunsets. Walking distance to groceries and an excellent restaurant; easy drive to Knowlton, Bromont, and local attractions. Fenced-in yard meant peace of mind for parents of young children. Ample parking. Host responded quickly to solve any issues. Would stay again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property, but we would not stay here again or recommend it to others (mainly due to the reasons outlined below). The positive:- Clean and orderly.- Peaceful and quiet environment.- Great balcony and property with beautiful lakeside views.- Well stocked functional kitchen with modern appliances. - Host was very friendly and responsive. The negative:- The property was not exactly as advertised. The description makes it seem like you are renting the entire house - but actually there are two separate apartments, and you only have access to one of them (we had the upper-floor apartment). - There is no access via the front door of the house. The only entrance is via the sliding door at the back, which can only be accessed by climbing a flight of stairs to the balcony. This is not accessible at all, and is very inconvenient for bringing your luggage etc. in and out of the house. - The property description indicates that it sleeps 7 people. However there are only 2 small bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room. This will sleep 6 people max - where does the 7th person sleep?- The bathroom layout is poorly designed and not very accessible. The toilet is crammed into an extremely small space between the shower and the wall - very uncomfortable and unpleasant. There is also no counter space to store anything. - The main bedroom is very small and not really adequate to fit a king size bed - there is hardly any room to move.

Merci pour ce 3* sur 5*, juste car mal lu, la description et crée un mécontentement et insatisfaction, de la part, du voyageur. La description est exactement ce qui est offert. Un commentaire négatif de la sorte est gratuit et nuit à de locations future, par votre propre responsabilité, de trouver ce qui est recherché. L’entrer par la porte principale de l’endroit, n’est pas obligatoire et vous deviez vérifier si l’endroit convenait à une mobilité réduite. C’est au voyageur de faire ces vérifications, de questionner si cela comblera ces attentes et désirs, quand clairement énoncées, dans l’annonce.

A great little house on the lake

We spent a week here enjoying the lake and all the great outdoors that the Bromont area has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay. The best things: The property was super clean, really close to everything you need without being right in town. The lake is beautiful and the private dock and quiet neighbours made it easy to enjoy. Well equipped kitchen, and super nice views inside and outside. Things to watch for: The road is surprisingly busy (but to be fair you don't really notice it any more after a couple of days) and the rental unit is really "full". It was a bit tricky to find good places to put your own stuff away with every cupboard, surface, and cabinet super full. As a family of 3 we had plenty of space in the two bedrooms, but if you had a larger group the second room might be a bit tight (though the host may have other bed options on request). Overall it was a great vacation, the until was everything we needed, and the lake access was even better than shown in the listing. Recommended!
