Located in the highly sought-after Dolphin Quay precinct, this modern and fully equipped retreat places you just steps from vibrant cafes, boutique shops, restaurants, and the serene marina. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the balcony as the boats pass by or strolling to the nearby foreshore for sunset dining, this apartment offers a relaxed yet sophisticated lifestyle. Perfect for couples, small families, or corporate stays.
We are very contactable and will help out at any time. Please message us and we will get back to you soon as possible. Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.
We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

The property features three well-appointed bedrooms:
• Two bedrooms with queen beds, offering restful comfort and ample storage
• One bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or extra guests
With canal-front views right at your doorstep, this apartment blends comfort and convenience in a prime location. Families will especially appreciate the child-friendly layout and peaceful surroundings, while being just moments away from local cafes, shops, and Mandurah’s vibrant foreshore.
🚗 By Car:
The property is easily accessible by car, with secure parking available onsite. Simply enter “3 The Palladio, Mandurah” into your GPS. We're located right in the heart of the Marina precinct—just minutes from cafés, restaurants, and local attractions.
🚆 By Train:
If you're coming from Perth, the Mandurah Train Line offers a convenient option. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Mandurah Station, you can take a short 10-minute taxi or rideshare service to the unit.
🚕 By Taxi/Rideshare:
Taxis and rideshare services like Uber are readily available from Mandurah Station and around town for added convenience.
Once you arrive, you’ll enjoy a beautiful waterfront location, with everything you need within walking distance—including dining, shopping, and scenic coastal walks.

*This is a strictly no-pet property or no pets are allowed on the premises at any time.
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
*Parking is available in the under-cover parking bay and the one next to it. There is one spare bay next to the end of the lawn. Please take care due to angled parking and a low limestone wall.
* You will need to turn the hot water system in the courtyard to 5 when you arrive and please return it to 1 when you leave.
*Trailer parking is available on the lawn - please ask for instructions to comply with strata requirements.
The house has surveillance cameras overlooking the garage and front door to keep guests and their cars safe. There is also a noise monitoring device in the living area.
Nature/Environment
Our home is set in a beautiful natural waterfront environment. From time to time you may see local wildlife — and occasionally insects, particularly if doors or windows are left open. The property is professionally treated, but being close to nature is part of its charm. To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. This is all part of the beautiful natural environment that makes this area so special. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out - we’re always happy to help.
Guests have access to the full house, except the garage which is not available for guest use.
Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is set through Airbnb and applies to all bookings. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.
ID Verification
Before check-in, guests complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all.
Security Hold / Damage Protection
A refundable security hold may be requested prior to check-in to cover accidental damage during your stay. This is handled securely through the booking platform or authorised payment method and is released after departure once the property has been checked and no issues are reported.
We’re happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay.
Base pricing includes up to 6 guests. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests only. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests for accurate pricing.
