The Space:

This spacious canal-front home offers you four well-appointed bedrooms and a highly functional layout, ideal for families or multiple couples. You’ll find two bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, while the other two share a modern ensuite - giving you both comfort and privacy during your stay.



Upstairs, you’ll enjoy a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with stunning canal views through large windows and a relaxed coastal feel. Comfortable lounge spaces make it easy for you to unwind after a day on the water. Downstairs, a separate games room gives you extra space to spread out - perfect for kids, movie nights, or casual entertaining. The dual-level layout allows you to enjoy great separation, making it especially suitable for family stays.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a gas cooktop, quality appliances, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and dining items. Whether you’re preparing a family meal or putting together a grazing board for sunset drinks, you’ll have it all at your fingertips.

PARKING

There is free parking available at the property. A covered garage is also available and can host up to two cars.

CHECK-IN

After booking you will be required to complete the following at least 24 hours before arrival to receive your check-in instructions:



1️⃣ ID Verification – Upload a valid physical photo ID (passport or driver’s licence) via Safeguest (no digital IDs accepted!).

2️⃣ Refundable Damage Deposit – This will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages are reported.



Bookings must be made under the traveller’s name — companies are welcome but must book under the guest staying.
