All-season alpine adventure awaits at this spacious Big Bear getaway. Packed for home comfort and entertainment, this roomy retreat comes fully furnished for family living and offers an ideal location close to activities and attractions. For hiking, biking, and sledding, a national park is right across the street. Big Bear City Park is only a half mile from home. Snow Summit and Bear Mountain ski resorts are within a five-mile radius for wintertime recreation. Ski Beach Park and downtown Big Bear Lake are within five miles of home for summertime fun.

Modern mountain decor fills the interior with new flooring and fixtures, offering updated comfort. The main floor features a bright, open layout designed with group gatherings in mind. The upstairs game room sets the stage for fun and friendly competition with foosball, a shuffleboard table, and a home theater setup with eight individual recliners and a massive smart TV. A full suite of major appliances and handy countertop gadgets are equipped in the kitchen for easy at-home meal prep. Additional perks include free Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer.

Make the most of the outdoors in the private, fenced backyard featuring a hot tub, gas grill, and furnished wraparound deck. Firepits are in the yard and on the terrace for your choice of toasty campfire venues.

We had a great time with family this weekend. The place was beautiful and there was so much room. It was also very, very clean!!! Bonus!!!! The hot tub was already warm when we arrived which was another bonus. The beds are very comfortable too! The location was just outside of main Big Bear with a couple minute drive into town. They have done a great job with this place and would stay here again for sure! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

No Early Arrival/Late Departure During Peak Seasons or Holidays.

There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
