Nestled on a peaceful meadow, this stylish 2BR cabin is within a quick stroll of Metcalf Bay. This completely gated property features air hockey, foosball, three smart TVs, and a fireplace. When you want to hit the slopes, Snow Summit is a mere 10-minute drive. Spend leisurely summer afternoons on the patio, equipped with a private hot tub, a firepit, a grill, and alfresco dining. Catch a beautiful view of the lake from the backyard!
Unwind in the welcoming living area, which provides comfy seating for the group, a wood-burning fireplace, a smart TV, and a dual coffee/foosball table. A detached game room is fitted with an air hockey table. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare favorite dishes, including ample cookware and helpful gadgets. When meals are ready, the table seats four.
Sip morning coffee on the front patio. Make use of the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout. When it's time to eat, a table seats four for alfresco meals. In the evening, take relaxing soaks in the brand-new hot tub or kick back around the gas firepit. Admire the beautiful lake views anytime.

Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.
All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
