Set behind a lush front garden, this single-level cottage blends relaxed lakeside charm with modern comfort. A stone path leads to a front patio with seating—perfect for a morning cuppa. Inside, the living area is compact yet thoughtfully styled, with a cosy sofa, TV and leafy touches that create a calm, inviting feel.

The open-plan layout flows into a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and all the essentials for easy meals. Just beside, the dining area features a timber table with woven-style chairs, creating a relaxed space for shared meals.

Step outside to discover a fully fenced backyard oasis designed for relaxed outdoor living. Start with a stretch on the soft grassy lawn, then sink into the cushioned lounge on the deck with a cool drink in hand. Lake Munmorah Shopping Centre, four minutes by car, offers a supermarket and relaxed eateries such as Sushi Avenue and 3 In 1 Asian Restaurant. For something a little more indulgent, La Notte Uno, a local Italian favourite, is just five minutes away.
