Absolutely enchanting beautiful property recently remodeled and thoughtfully appointed inside and out. The screened in porch plus an adjacent outside porch each have views of the lake which are exquisite and peaceful. We saw swans, an eagle, blue heron, and woodpeckers. The property is stocked with kayaks, a paddle boat, a dock with chairs,,a bonfire and hammock. I hope to return

Plenty of space for my spouse and I. The screened in porch was the star of the show. Very comfortable furniture and absolutely beautiful views of the quiet lake.

Cottage was very peaceful and was as pictured, including a few additional amenities: paddle boat and firewood. We enjoyed the paddle boat and the kids had fun fishing from it. Caught a total of 42 fish. The kayaks were fun too. All supplies needed to have a bonfire were also provided which was a nice bonus. The screened in porch was the star of the place and we enjoyed our morning coffee and eating our meals from the porch. The property / yard in front of the lake is pretty large with plenty of room for the kids to play catch and run around. The youngest loves the tree swing, and Mom enjoyed the hammock. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook, and a propane grill was also provided which was very nice. The window unit a/c was ample to keep the entire place cool ( and it was in the 90s while we were there). The shower is quite small, but we managed. We’re glad we booked this cottage and would recommend it.

We're so glad the cottage delivered a peaceful stay and that the paddle boat, kayaks, and bonfire supplies added to the fun, 42 fish is quite the catch! It's great to hear the screened-in porch, big yard, tree swing, and hammock all got put to good use, and that the kitchen and window unit A/C kept things comfortable even with the summer heat. As for the shower, the cottage is designed with a cozy, quaint charm, and the bathroom is smaller with space for just the shower. It's simple rather than luxurious, but the hot water is plentiful and gets the job done. We appreciate the recommendation and are happy this cottage was a good fit for your family's getaway.

On Golden Pond

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The setting was absolutely beautiful — tucked in the woods with a great outdoor firepit where we spent our evenings relaxing. The home was nicely decorated and very comfortable, making it easy to feel right at home. It was also conveniently located near several of the wineries we visited, which made our trip even better. The hosts were fantastic — friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend!

The property was awesome! Lake view and access, fire pit and dry wood ready, kayaks, hammock and screened in deck and open side deck. A grill to use, very nice coffee supplies ready. Deck chairs and beds comfortable. Everything we needed for a girls weekend away. Hosts were welcoming with arrival text and answered small questions quickly. Would stay again. Short trip for groceries and shopping. Quiet area. 2 room air conditioners and a fan to use also. Nice welcome book too.
