PLEASE NOTE: Use of Community Amenities is only guaranteed to those booking 21 nights or more between Memorial Day and Labor Day. If you are booking outside of those months OR for less than 21 days, please inquire beforehand to ensure availability of community passes.

The entire house.

Community amenities are only available to guests If you are booking for more than 7 nights. Guests booking more than 7 nights may be eligible to access Lake Naomi beaches, pools, and community amenities. We are only allotted a certain number of passes for our guests to obtain during the season so please reach out to inquire about availability prior to booking.

You will be responsible for reaching out to the office to reserve the passes, paying any associated fees and you will also be responsible for picking up the passes.

If you are staying for less than 7 days, unfortunately you will not have access to the lake amenities.

Please note that Lake Naomi temporary membership passes are given out on a first-come first-serve basis and guaranteed to guests booking 21 days or more. Passes cannot be approved any further than one month prior to arrival if under the 21 day limit.

-Dogs are welcome for a fee of $250 per pet. Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a dog.

-Due to township regulations, we cannot host more than 8 overnight guests.

We want you to have an amazing time during your stay while ensuring our home stays in great shape for everyone. We’ve had some past issues, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help!

House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.

Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.

Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.

No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.

Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.

Age Requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older.

Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.

We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
