WIFI within the house and a premium cable & smart LED TV!

Please Note: key collection time: 10am to 3am, please make sure you could collect the key during the key collection period before you make a reservation, if not, please contact us in advance for other key collection or return options.

**Air con available in living room area only.
**Regarding parking, there is NO allocated parking spot comes with our apartment, you can park at nearby Wilson Parking,it's paid parking.

**For common amenities usage:
LEVEL 7: there are Lounge, Library & Study, Private Dining(Requires Booking), SPA & SAUNA, POOL, GAMES ROOM,HOT TUB , BBQ (Requires booking).
LEVEL 8, there are GYM, private dining ( Requires booking), Karaoke & Bar (Requires booking),Cinema ( Requires booking),
LEVEL 51, there is rooftop garden & BBQ, this requires booking as well.

Note:
For those one requires booking, if you want to use, please advise the time period you wanna book, and also provide your name and best contact number, then we can try to make appointment with building & Facilities requires booking, 200 dollar deposit paid at reception to get the key for access. Maximum of 4 hours of booking for any amenities that require booking per day.

Guest Access:
Please treat the place as your home during the stay.

You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes to wear. The vacuum is located in the laundry area.

Please take care of your dirty dishes, clean the oven after use, extra cleaning charges of $30 if the oven is found uncleaned after use.

Please ensure all the lights and AC are switched off.

Please return the keys back to the lockbox upon checkout.

Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm, or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help your great trip.

Other Things to Note:
There is a strict no party/ events policy as we would appreciate that our guests respect our neighbours and our building!

Additional Rules:

NO SMOKING Any evidence of smoking would cause a penalty of 500 AUD.

NO PETS: This apartment doesn’t allow pets to stay. Strata will fine us to have pets without permission. Therefore, you will be charged for this penalty.

NO PARTIES: Please do not make loud noise, because it may affect neighbours. Penalties may apply for party, room damage or messy room. you are welcomed to invite friends to visit, but their safely will be your responsibility.

Self-Check In. The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.

LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the apartment, we would charge $100 for attending the apartment and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).

DAMAGE Deposit will be taken in place if any damage or loss happens in the room.

Interaction with Guests:
We will send detailed house guide link one day before your arrival and lockcode to collect keys will be send by 3pm on your check in date.
