Step into this stylish and fully equipped 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in New Sudbury — the perfect space for families, groups, or business travelers. Designed for comfort and convenience, the home features thoughtful touches throughout, including a private hot tub, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen ideal for cooking or entertaining.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed + smart TV

Bedroom 3: Double bed + twin bunk above

Living Room: Pull-out sofa

Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very responsive and attentive to details, even leaving us a thoughtful welcome card and treats! The house was very comfortable and well equipped- we especially appreciated the housecoats for relaxing in hot tub! Highly recommend and we would happily stay here again!

We’re from southern Ontario and travel to Susbury for work monthly. This place has easily became our favourite rental in the region by far. Dean and Julia are incredibly attentive and you can see the love they put into the house - the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances, they provide a tv in every room, board games for entertainment, and complimentary toiletries that we were completely not expecting. We found our home away from home and will be booking with Dean and Julia anytime we can!

Nice family friendly neighborhood. Quiet street, with a park right across the road! 2 minute walk to a Goodlife, and short driving distance to shopping, restaurants, and the cities 2 colleges, and 1 university!

We made sure to have a space that would host everything we would want. Hot tub, outdoor fireplace, eating area and BBQ included. Eco friendly with our newly installed solar panels and Tesla Powerwall, allow you to enjoy the space with an eco friendly mindset yet no compromising your comfort.
