Welcome to “9 Sea Oats” — Your Ideal Wrightsville Beach Escape! Tucked within a quiet and private community, 9 Sea Oats offers the perfect setting for your next Wrightsville Beach vacation. This charming single-family home blends coastal comfort with laid-back island vibe, making it a peaceful and convenient home base just steps from the ocean. With four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for the whole family to relax, unwind, and make lasting beachside memories.
As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by the coastal charm of this well-maintained home. Head upstairs to the main living level, where an open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas—ideal for spending quality time together. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts at the island to family-style dinners at the large dining table. After a satisfying meal, step out onto the deck to feel the ocean breeze and watch the sky turn pastel as the sun sets. This level also features a comfortable queen guest room with convenient access to a nearby full bathroom—perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs during their stay.
Upstairs, the sleeping quarters are thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy. The oceanfront primary suite features a cozy king-size bed, direct deck access, and a beautifully equipped en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Wake up to sunrise views and the sound of crashing waves right outside your door. A second ocean-view bedroom, also with deck access, includes a queen bed, while the third upstairs bedroom offers another inviting king bed and direct oceanfront deck access. A nearby full bathroom serves these two guest rooms, and a full-size washer and dryer just outside the bathroom add everyday convenience for longer stays.

Stay Requirements: Flexible arrivals in summer with a 3-night minimum stay. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 2 Queens.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 4 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
