Welcome to Seagull's Watch! Brand new condo with stunning ocean views located steps from the beach in the heart of beautiful Wrighstville Beach, NC directly behind Johnny Mercers's Pier. Walk to restaurants in seconds not minutes. Elegantly and meticulously appointed with all new furniture. 3 bedrooms each with balcony and full bath. Black out curtains in each bedroom. Watch the sunrise from the King size bed in the master, enjoy a sunset walk on the beach, or have a drink while you watch the tide come in from the balcony! Fully wheelchair accessible via private elevator.

Smart TV's in Living Room and two bedrooms. Wireless internet included. Fully stocked kitchen. Private elevator for special use. Outdoor shower, beach chairs, and oversized beach towels for your enjoyment. Charcoal grill included. All you need is your bathing suit and sunscreen!

Perfect location

This was our first trip to Wrightsville beach. It was Alison our first stay so close to the beach. We loved the unit and where it was located. Would definitely stay again!!

Lovely condo so close to the beach!

We had a wonderful weekend at the condo and Wrightsville Beach overall. The property was clean and nicely furnished. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. Thank you, Rich for a relaxing stay!

Great stay

It was a stress free and comfortable stay. The house is steps away from the beach and we really enjoyed having the balcony for morning coffee and a evening hangout spot. It was a very nice and updated beach house. Thank you!

Amazing Location

There’s really nothing not to love about this place! It’s one of several higher end condos and the interior is very clean and modern. The massive shower in the master bathroom was definitely a highlight. Standing on the balcony, you can see the ocean over the dunes and hear the waves! The proximity to the beach access is by far the most valuable part of this property, especially for us with two young children!

Awesome Place!

Gorgeous new condos with a location that can't be beat. Our party included my parents, us and our 3 children. The layout of the condo suited us very well. Very clear instructions for accessing the building and wifi. Loved the ocean view from the deck. One small problem with the bunk bed- broken ladder to the second bunk. I messaged the property owner and he quickly responded that it would be fixed on the changeover day. Other than that an effortless week at the beach. Would stay again for sure!

Perfect Location

The unit is the perfect location for ease on and off the beach. Outdoor shower was appreciated, access to the unit was really easy. The unit was a perfect size for our family of 5. It was clean, tv streaming worked no hassles, air conditioning worked perfectly, laundry, beds super comfy. Rich was responsive and when I noticed a lack of routine kitchen items, he had them sent right over. The toliets weren’t very clean, ring at the water line & worn down seats, a few light bulbs out, the ice machine and fridge light not working, and dust on the fans. But overall we had a great stay, felt comfortable.

Do it!

My husband, four children (ages 16,15, 13 & 11) stayed here in June 2022. The location to the beach was fabulous - about a one minute. Close enough to easily go back to for a post-ocean rinse off in the outdoor shower. (Or to go to the bathroom!) There are two little stores within one minute as well. We got snacks (ice cream cones & hush puppies for lunch 😁), cold drinks, beach stuff, and souvenirs there. The kids liked going there by themselves. Walking and running routes are plentiful around the property. The property itself is excellent! We all want to move there. All 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is gorgeous. View of ocean is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Townhouse with Oceanview

Just wrapped up a 2 night stay in February at this property and everything was great. The owner was extremely easy and accommodating to a date change due to covid and an earlier than planned check in due to our daughters nap schedule. The unit is new and maybe 10 yards from beach access, gated, and has its own parking which is great! The inside is very well done and has everything you would need to cook (although we just got take out or ate out). The beds are extremely comfortable. The outdoor deck has a great view to watch the sunrise and sunset over the beach! Everything was great! We will absolutely look to rent this unit again next time we visit Wrightsville. Only thing for parents to consider is that all bedrooms do not have total black out shades and we had to get creative for naptime during the day for our daughter…not a huge deal by any means, but something for other families to think ahead about. Regardless of that small item, we had a five star stay!

Dirty and Rundown

Renters beware! My experience was not a good one. The host Rich was not accommodating, professional, or nice. The condo itself is not as it looks in the photos. It is rundown with a dirty cover on the sofa and scratch marks on the walls. It is not in good condition. Briefly our experience was that check-in was 4 PM we arrived at 5 pm and the unit had not been cleaned from the previous guest. It was disgusting. The condo smelled like smoke, dirty towels and sheets were on the floor and food left out on the counter. After several attempts to call Rich the host, we left the unit and requested a refund. He did eventually respond and refused to give a refund and only offered to send cleaning people out which would have taken several more hours after a long day of travel. After several attempts by VRBO to reach the host unsuccessfully as he was nonresponsive VRBO issued me the refund.

The structure is absolutely beautiful, built with top-of-the-line materials. The location truly can’t be beat, and the ocean views are incredible—exactly what you’d hope for in a beach getaway. There were palmetto bugs on the deck but after letting Rich know he did send someone to spray and we never saw any in the house.

Best location imaginable!

Such a perfect layout, decor, and everything we could need was provided. having a safe garage and literally at the sand to get onto the beach was amazing. We did not even need a cooler for the beach since the house was right there! Loved the high ceilings and beautiful features. I would love to stay again next time we come back. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely duplex! Great view and steps from the beach! It was very clean (spotless, actually!) beautifully decorated and the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. Highly recommend. Thank you for a great time!

Awesome Place

The location was perfect. It is right on the beach and right next to the Pier. Check in was a breeze and the condo had anything we could possibly ask for or need. We will stay there again I'm sure. The only thing I would suggest, and it is not a deal breaker by no stretch, is to maybe put a TV in the room with the bunk beds. The grandkids love to watch TV when they go to bed but they couldn't do that in that room. But again, that is not even an issue or even an inconvenience, just a suggestion! Oh and I also have to say that YouTube TV is available for live tv, which is normally unheard of! So thank you for that. I was able to watch college football! Again, excellent place. Very comfortable and very clean.
