I recently stayed here for a month, lovely little place and excellent location, very close to save on foods, Tim Hortons, etc. Building felt safe and secure, parking space is close to front entrance, laundry in condo very convienent, communication with host was good. Could use some more kitchen supplies and updated furniture and some decor to make it a little more homey but other than that a great experience, would stay there again

It was extremely hot in Calgary and would have appreciated some fans for the bedroom and living room otherwise a great place to stay!!!

Very nice place to stay. It feels like home. There are a few things to note:- The air fryer doesn't function properly as it a bit worn out. - The door key is hard to insert to get the door unlocked- hand soap was empty at the kitchen

Hello Sammy, that I you for your feedback and sorry the hand soap was inside the cupboard under the sink to fill up if you ran out. The air fryer was not listed rather the oven which you can use. The cleaner forgot to remove it.Thank you for staying with us.

The bed was full of crumbs, so the bedding was all washed before they were able to sleep. Thankful there is laundry machines available. The couch felt oily and the bathtub needed to be cleaned and hair removed before they were able to use it. The dishwasher was full of dishes and the cutlery was dirty in the drawer. There were no garbage bags provided, which is minor I suppose. The communication was descent between my staff member and the VRBO owner although she waited a long time to be let into the condo. Overall, her stay was good once she got things tidied up. She felt safe in the area and in the building.

Hi Desiree and thank for your but the problem is that you did not witness any of this by yourself nor was any picture provided. It is important to verify especially making a booking by someone else, and reported to you, your guest stole from the unit including the towels. All the same thanks for your feedback.

Great location and super close to amenities, there’s a shopping complex with restaurants, gas, grocery store, etc next door that’s easily accessed by foot. The place is secure, has parking, easy check in/out and the host was pleasant when I spoke to them so there are positives. I was disappointed by the lack of pots and other things for cooking. There was only an 8” frypan and a wok, couldn’t boil a couple of eggs for breakfast or make anything requiring a pot. Not a big deal I survived but preparing a meal or two while in town for a couple of days is sort of the point of staying in a place like this rather than a regular hotel room. This is easily fixed by the host with a couple of items. The place also needs a good wipe down. I give it a 6/10 for cleanliness, a little more attention to detail is required. I wasn’t too phased by it but I know others would be. A couple of new pillows would be nice too Overall this place
