Local superettes, supermarket, boat ramp & restaurants are 1-2 minute drive or a leisurely 5-8 minute stroll away. The stunning harbourside golf course and sports ground are only a short drive also.

Located at the rear of the main residential dwelling which is beachfront, the cottage has its own access, deck & private off street parking for one vehicle.
Equipped with everything you need for a relaxing weekend away or short stay.
The property is suitable for couples or singles, with 1 bedroom and bathroom. There are no laundry facilities, but a great laundrette close by.

The bedroom has a large in-built wardrobe with retractable mirror, drawers and plenty of hanging space.
A full kitchen awaits complete with Airfryer! and includes huge fridge/freezer, oven,hob, microwave and dishwasher. The basic requirements are also provided.

The home has wifi, large SmartTV in the lounge with chromecast to view your favourite streaming platform as well as Freeview options.

There is a heatpump/aircon unit. It also has an HRV system to ensure filtrated air is constantly circulated.
