Location was perfect for us to attend family gathering over the 4th of July. Host was very accommodating in allowing an early check in, but not clear that the code given was for a lock box containing the door key (not a key pad on door).Back patio was dirty and not a good first impression. Garbage can at the door (on the patio) had not been emptied and smelled very bad. The parking area and patio were covered with shredded paper that probably came from the dumpster adjacent to the parking space.Cute studio, but floors and bathroom were not very clean. Issues accessing wifi and several attempts were made to contact owner before we got a response. Once she directed us to the passcode location, we tried it on all available networks without success. Finally were able to log on the next day once I used all lower case letters instead of all caps as she provided.King bed was comfortable, but top sheet was full size - not wide enough.My husband and I have stayed in many rentals and the host usually supplies more than one towel and washcloth per guest, a starter roll of paper towel, a dish cloth and towel for the kitchen area.Overall impression is this may be a new host who does not pay attention to the details that are important to guests. Those details would justify the price paid.
