Me and three friends just stayed for the one night on route to our final destination. We needed 4 bedrooms so this place was great for that. Location was great, just a short drive to downtown for restaurants. There’s a nice brewery/ bar about a block away. The only negative thing was that there’s no AC which might be an issue in the summer. A couple of the bedrooms have ceiling fansI but not all. I also reported a minor issue with the bathtub spout that came off during our stay. So hopefully that got fixed

Group of 6 went to see a show at the Avenir centre and we were able to walk in about 15 minutes. We were happy with the accommodation orher than the king mattress was very very firm. Others had said that the queens were soft. We had a technical difficulty with the check in but the host called me and were in fairly quickly. Would stay there again and were happy with our stay, it cost half of what 3 hotel rooms would have.
