Alpine Rose Retreat is a 10-15 minute stroll from historic Arrowtown’s main street, with boutique retail stores, Dorothy Brown Cinema, Lakes Museum, cafes and restaurants, historic Chinese Village, and popular Arrow River track. Outdoor adventure awaits with an amazing 120km network of cycle and running trails to explore. Five Mile’s Retail Centre and Countdown Supermarket are 15 minutes by car, with Queenstown an easy 20-25 minute drive. Arrowtown’s Four-Square superette is a 3 minute walk from your accommodation. The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

Spacious home perfect for extended family groups, or two families travelling together. With a large open-plan living / dining space, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out in comfort. The large kitchen area comes with a coffee machine, and all the facilities and amenities to prepare a home-cooked meal. Outdoor furniture provides a lovely space to enjoy the pretty garden setting in summer, as well as enjoy BBQ dinners. A carport is available for undercover parking for vehicles, as well as covered bike storage. The spacious layout includes four large bedrooms - 3 with queen beds, and additional "rumpus room" with king bed and single bed, and TV. Two bathrooms including a bathtub, and full laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer are also available. Heating has been well considered with two heatpumps and pellet fireplace for extra cosiness.
