•  The bedrooms are upstairs, which may not suit those seeking single-level living, but it does offer great separation and privacy.

•  Parking available in shared basement car park for two small cars side by side in allocated space. Note access is narrow and steep. There is an entry height restriction of 1.70-1.75m high and a very steep driveway so please be aware - small cars only.

•  Being so close to the water means occasional salt spray and lots of wind.

•  As this is waterfront, there is a seawall. This property is not appropriate/safe for very young children and older children should be supervised carefully.

• No Harbour pool – this is closed for Renovation, there is no access.

• Pets are welcome, but pre-approval is required— best to check in advance to avoid surprises.
