The space
Set on peaceful McAuleys Lane in the heart of Myocum, the property offers total privacy while being just 10 minutes from Byron Bay’s world-class beaches and the charming towns of Mullumbimby and Bangalow. Enjoy the best of the Byron Hinterland, farmers markets, cafes, and scenic drives, all within easy reach, yet far enough to feel like a true escape.

Bedroom Configuration

Master Bedroom: King-size bed
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed
Bedroom 3: Queen-Size bed
Bedroom 4: Two king single beds

Please note: The Master Bedroom is connected to Bedroom 2 but can be made fully private with a sliding door that separates the rooms.

Damage deposit
A refundable security deposit of $3,500 will be collected before check-in.

Call-out fee
A $500 call-out fee may apply if there is suspected misconduct or disturbances that require a member of our team to attend the property.
House Rules (Strictly Enforced)
No Unauthorised Parties or Gatherings
Strictly not allowed. Any breach may result in eviction and additional charges.
Weddings or photoshoots require written approval, and attract a site fee, bond and vendor insurance.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM
Please keep noise low during these hours, including music, loud voices and use of outdoor areas.
Ongoing disturbances may lead to fines or early check-out.

Pets by Approval Only
Pets are only permitted with written approval. A pet bond applies.
Unauthorised pets may result in cancellation without refund.

Entry Condition Report
A full condition report with photos is completed before check-in.
Please report any issues within two hours of arrival.

Breaches and Penalties
Breaking house rules may lead to immediate eviction with no refund.
A $1,000 call-out fee applies for noise complaints, damage or excessive cleaning. Serious breaches may involve authorities.
