To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to keep our home well-maintained, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

Please follow the House's Standard Rules:

- Cleanliness: Please leave the house in a reasonably tidy condition. The cleaning fee covers standard tasks such as laundry and vacuuming. Excessive mess (e.g., mouldy dishes, stained carpets, heavy spills) may result in additional cleaning charges.
- Litter: Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins provided. Avoid creating excessive waste.
- Damage: Accidents happen! Please notify us promptly of any damage beyond normal wear and tear. We’ll work with you to find a fair solution for repair or reimbursement of missing items.
- Bins: Our collection day is Thursday. Please place bins out on Wednesday night if your stay covers this day.

- Registered Guests Only: Reservations are strictly for approved guests only. No unregistered overnight visitors.
- Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in: After 2:00 PM
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request (subject to availability).
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
- Events & Gatherings: No large parties, events, or schoolies celebrations are permitted.
- Reservations: Any booking made with false or misleading information to bypass house rules will result in refusal of entry or cancellation, with loss of any payment made.
- Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Please request before booking.
- Age Restriction: Guests must be at least 18 years old to book. Underage guests must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Pool Safety Note:
- Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool.
- No glassware in the pool area—plastic cups are provided for outdoor use.
