This bright and spacious home is thoughtfully designed with a practical and functional layout.
The master bedroom, walk-in robe, and ensuite are located at one end of the home, with four additional bedrooms positioned at the opposite end for added privacy.
There are three large family living areas and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for accommodating larger groups.
The property includes two full bathrooms plus an additional toilet. The laundry is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. All bedrooms feature large windows, and there is a generous outdoor dining area to enjoy.

This large house is a stones throw away from the Airport so easy to get too. Facilities are comfortable and spacious so plenty of room to spread out but also enjoy the company.

Strange place but not a bad house

90% clean on the inside, bit of a random place to play, no access to shops/amenities.

Loeamans Lodge is a very private property, located in semi-rural setting, conveniently minutes away from the Melbourne Airport and Calder Fwy. Petrol station, convenience store and Bulla Hotel are mere 10min away, township of Sunbury less then 20. If there are any issues with the property during the stay, our management team is available to attend straight away and rectify. Overall pretty good!

The property was a perfect fit for a large family, check in process was very simple and communication with the host was smooth. Property was a little bit dirty, and some cracks in walls/marks on walls but nothing major. Overall a great stay.
