Sweet cozy half basement home welcome guests world wide. Only 20 secs to green line metro, 10mins to downtown/old port Montreal all by metro, you don't even need a car!
The space
My sweet place located in an excellent spot that is convenient for both travellers with or without cars. Right cross street from green line metro Jolicoeur, from my place to downtwon mtl and old port only take as little as 10-15mins, you don't even bother with downtown parking. Please kindly lower your voice volume as there are also tenants on other levels of the buliding as well as the neighbours. No parties.

The main entrance to the full half basement till the first back door.
Other things to note
Free street parking, please read carefully the non-parking time frame sign/snow removal sign in winter.
