The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, designed for ultimate relaxation. Unwind on comfortable sofas in front of the cozy fireplace on cooler evenings, or enjoy a movie on the TV. The space is kept comfortable year-round with both heating and ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the large dining table.



Step outside onto the spacious deck to savour the fresh sea air and mesmerising ocean views. Fire up the BBQ for an alfresco meal with a view, creating memories as the sun sets over the bay.



Sleeping Arrangements:



Bedroom 1: Queen Bed

Bedroom 2: Tri-bunk (Double on bottom, Single on top) & a separate Bunk Bed

Bedroom 3: Two Single Beds



The main bathroom features a separate shower and a relaxing bathtub, perfect for a soak after a day of seaside adventures.



Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire property.



Instructions for the lockbox and your unique code will be sent to you prior to your arrival for a seamless self-check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Our cottage is a true waterfront property, backing directly onto the oceanfront. A private track leads you down to Garden Bay, a hidden gem perfect for swimming, fishing, and leisurely beach walks. A local café is just a few minutes’ stroll away, ideal for grabbing your morning coffee before hitting the beach.



Getting Around:

Enjoy stunning ocean views just 5 minutes from Malua Bay IGA and nearby Club Malua. Batemans Bay, 15 minutes away, offers beaches, restaurants, shops, and family activities—perfect for exploring or relaxing.



Other Things to Note:

Supplies: We provide a starter pack of essential supplies, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen items. For anything beyond these basics, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable stay.

Linen: All bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Please bring your own beach towels.

Pets are welcome to join you on your holiday! We simply ask that you please bring your own bedding for your furry friends
