Summary:
Experience luxury in this stunning 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Jerusalem! Located on the 17th floor of the prestigious 'JTower' residence, this 135m2 apartment boasts breathtaking city views and free underground parking. Enjoy modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. With 24-hour security, a doorman, and a prime location, you'll be steps away from Jerusalem's best attractions.
The Space:
The apartment features a comfortable living room with a corner sofa, coffee table, and a plasma screen for entertainment. The luxurious, fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and crockery, perfect for preparing meals. The dining room offers magnificent views of Jerusalem and can accommodate 9-10 people. The master suite boasts a double Queen-size bed, a large plasma TV, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed with a pull-out bed that can be configured as another double bed or two single beds. Bedroom 3 also has a double bed with a pull-out bed, offering the same flexibility. A laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The apartment is equipped with AC and central heating, double glazing in the living room and bedrooms, and electric curtains in the living room. A cot is available upon request. Linens, towels, and soap are provided. Guests can enjoy WIFI and TV access. The building includes 3 elevators, one of which is for Shabbat use.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire apartment. This includes the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. You'll also have access to an underground parking space in the building, with convenient elevator access directly to your apartment's floor.
The Neighborhood:
Central two bedroom apartment located in a brand new luxurious building. The rooms are full of light opening on the city center, famous HadavidKa place.
The bathroom is new and fresh. You could enjoy from the nice places in the surroundings such as Mahane Yehuda and small streets of Nahlaot, Yafo and Ben Yehuda streets, Mamila etc
Getting Around:
The apartment boasts a prime location, a stone's throw from the vibrant Mahane Yehuda Market and the convenient Hadavidka Square tram station. This tram provides easy access to the central bus station in just 7 minutes, as well as other key areas and attractions throughout Jerusalem, including Yad Vashem.
