The area is well-connected and provides a peaceful escape while still being close to the city.
The home is also conveniently located — close to the airport, just 10 minutes by car to the domestic airport, and a short distance to Crown Casino and Optus Stadium. Has a comfy double sofa bed that can be used for extra sleeping space, making it a great spot for family or friends. It also has a beautiful original fireplace with ornate tiling, plus shelving and a TV, giving the room a cozy yet practical feel.
Dining Room: Located adjacent to the living room, the dining area features a stylish round timber table with seating for six, all under a unique statement chandelier.
Kitchen: A modern, white kitchen with sleek cabinetry, a gas stove, and a double sink. It's fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, including a toaster and kettle.
