The guest will have to pick up and drop off the keys at the Cloudbnb Management Office located in Northbridge. It is just a 10 minute walk, or 1 minute drive away.

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.
CHECK-OUT TIME
- until 10 am.
- Late check-outs are subject to bookings, please let us know if you require a late check-out and we will try to accommodate your request.
GUESTS
- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in
- Please do not book on behalf of other people.
- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.
Guest Verification & Damage Deposit
-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".
-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
RULES
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- No parties.
- Visitors are not allowed overnight.
- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.
RATE INCLUDES
- Bed linen
- 1 bath towel per guest
- Complementary bathroom products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash.
- Kitchen basics including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil.
- Please note only starting amenities are supplied.
- High Chair and Baby Cot under request and availability.

- There is a free parking bay available within the building.
- If you have more than one vehicle, there is paid parking facilities nearby.
